Key responsibilities in your new role
You will play a vital role in driving innovation and growth in motor drives
applications, leveraging your technical expertise to develop and support cuttingedge
solutions for a range of industries. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to
work at the forefront of technology, collaborating with customers and internal
stakeholders to push the boundaries of MOSFET technology and shape the future
of motor drive systems.
º Develop and support motor drives applications (48VDC-400VDC) for various
industries, such as robotics, drones, and power tools
º Define and develop new MOSFET technology to best fit application needs,
driving innovation and system-level advancements
º Drive technical Go-to-Market activities, including creating application notes,
design demo boards, and run system simulations to secure design-win
º Provide 3rd level techical support to filed application engineers and
customers on application level with system simulations, and hardware
builds
º Engage with customers through on-site visits, technical trainings,
and cooperation projects to drive design-in activities, problem-solving,
and knowledge sharing
º Conduct lab measurements and contribute to lab automation
enhancements to ensure efficient and accurate testing and development
º Foster innovation and know-how on a system level through customer
engagement, cooperation projects, and internal collaboration, enabling the
development of new and improved motor drive applications

Ihr Profil
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
º A university or university of applied sciences
degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Physics or comparable,
ideally with focus on power electronics and MCU firmware
º At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor or power
electronics industry
º System understanding and a background in power electronics and motor
drive applications
º Experience with simulation tools (e.g. Simetrics, LTSpice, Simulink) and math
calculation tools (e.g. Matlab, Excel), Programming skills (e.g. embedded
programming for MCUs, C#, Python, FPGA programming)
º Experience with lab measurements operating scopes, DVM, power
analyzers, but also soldering and assembling prototype boards
º International business trips are required
º Fluency in English (German language skills are an advantage)
